GIBRALTAR, July 12, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Three-time world champion boxerJeff Fenech (the Marrickville Mauler) has made it to day 3 in the $10,000main event at the World Series Of Poker in Las Vegas. Fenech has outlasted888poker team mate and fellow Aussie Shane Warne, as well as the 2005 WorldChampion, Joe Hachem.

Fenech finished day 2 in the main event on 66,000 chips with his gameplay matching that of a boxer - his aggression on the table seems to havepaid off and gave the spectators a good show. Jeff commented, "I knocked 2people out yesterday, and they didn't get a mark on them!" His final positionon day 2 puts him at 659 out of the 1296 players who played that day.

888poker team mate Shane Warne busted out of the main event on day 2. Hehad KQ, the flop came K,2,5, and all the chips went in against an unknownopponent. His opponent had two Aces. The turn and river were no help forShane, and he was eliminated from the tournament.
