Free Online Poker Training System Launches MyGame iPhone App
| 30 September 2011 |
The new iPhone App that Badbeat.com has just launched for its MyGame free online poker training system enables poker trainees to share and compare their Report Cards with other players. They can also check and share score cards on popular social networking sites such as Twitter and Facebook, get advice on play, and watch videos on how to become a better player -- all from their device wherever they may be and whoever they may be with.
The MyGame system is designed for any player that wants to learn, win and transform the way they play poker - all for free. It builds players’ poker skills from the ground up by analysing actual play. Access to Badbeat’s tutorials, the unique hands analysis tool, Report Cards, and Social gaming features are all free after registering a new account with any of Badbeat’s partner poker sites.
Like the browser-based elements of the program, the MyGame app is specifically tailored to the individual’s own play. Main areas of their game are summarised in a simple report card but they can drill-down into detailed explanations and suggestions on how to improve.
“Your report card might suggest your grades are slipping in a specific area of play so clicking that option within the app takes you to more specific information, statistics, comments and suggestions on how to improve,” explains Badbeat Managing Director, John Conroy. “If you drill down further you can even watch videos on how to improve in these areas either by streaming them or downloading them for later viewing”.
“You can even share your report card right from your device using email or popular social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook. Players are already using it to brag to their friends while out-and-about.”
James Houghton, Badbeat.com Chief Technology Officer, explains that the company is constantly investing in technology and innovating in areas to help players improve at poker. "We have many exciting products either currently in development or on our technology road map for both existing and new platforms with the sole aim of helping players improve".
Badbeat.com, the original and leading poker staking site, has been sponsoring and mentoring promising players since 2005. This summer it made its revolutionary new MyGame poker training system, modeled on that experience, available free to anyone that’s ready to step up their game.
