IGT Demonstrates Ongoing Commitment to Responsible Gaming

Connie Jones is IGT's Director of Responsible Gaming. IGT is the only manufacturer to have a full-time resource dedicated to the implementation of the company's responsible gaming program and policies. Jones' role helps strengthen the bridge of communication and understanding in the gaming industry, specifically between a gaming machine manufacturer and the problem gaming communities.

"We're here to support the AGA's efforts and its 'Know the Code' theme," Jones said. "We follow and promote the AGA's Code of Conduct as our pledge to our employees, customers and the public to integrate responsible gaming practices into every aspect of our daily operations. This week is just one of the ways we communicate that very important message throughout the year."

IGT's involvement in Responsible Gaming Education Week will include posters and table tents acknowledging the occasion at IGT's main offices. "Keep It Fun" wristbands will be available along with informational materials on www.IGT.com/ResponsibleGaming. Educational "Lunch & Learn" sessions, responsible gaming training classes and daily "Did you know?" facts about Responsible Gaming issues will be available to employees, as well.
