Industry Experts Gaming Corporation Plc Announce Attendance at KPI Summit 2006

Gaming Corporation Plc (www.gamingcorp.net) has announced their attendance at the KPI Summit to be held at the London Stock Exchange on Friday 30th June with the aim to define the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the iGaming sector.

Ten prominent iGaming operators have been invited to participate in the 2006 Summit with industry experts, key members of the media and city analysts also in attendance.

The Summit will be chaired by Baker Tilly (www.bakertillyinternational.com), Canaccord Adams (www.canaccordadams.com) and Berwin Leighton Paisner (www.blplaw.com), bringing their accounting, finance and legal expertise to listed iGaming firms and those wishing to go to market.

Paul Tuson, Finance Director at Gaming Corporation Plc, said: “From a standing start, iGaming has grown so much in such a short space of time. It is important that the leading figures take responsibility for looking at its longer term prospects. This forum provides an excellent opportunity to establish a set of parameters which will benefit all those involved and enhance the integrity of the iGaming industry for all stakeholders, including investors, operators and players.”

Following the summit, the definitions of the KPIs will be published in industry journals and made available to firms of accountants along with listed iGaming industry companies who wish to use them in their public accounts.

Publicly listed firms who prepare their accounts in accordance to the definitions derived will be invited to indicate that their financial reporting is performed in accordance to Agreed definitions of the 2006 KPI Summit.
