GIBRALTAR, June 12 /PRNewswire/ -- Online poker players who qualified for the WSOP Main Event throughMansionPoker.com's satellite poker tournaments have automatically beenentered into a special freeroll for a chance to win a place at the WSOPCelebrity Bounty Bash. Up for grabs is prize money of US$20,000, a US$13,000package to the WSOP 2010 Main Event, and the opportunity to play against someof poker's greatest players.
MansionPoker.com players qualified for the WSOP Main Poker Event throughbuy-ins ranging from 77 cents to US$535. One online poker player evenqualified via a freeroll, having won entry by simply playing for 20 daysduring a promotion.
The special freeroll takes place on June 21, 2009, and is open to allwinners of network packages to the WSOP main event. Only 21 poker players canqualify for the Celebrity Bounty Bash, so the online poker freeroll will beplayed until only these 21 remain. They will then go on to the live pokertournament at the Hard Rock Casino in Las Vegas, on July 9, 2009.
Prize money at the live tournament is US$20,000, winner takes all, and inaddition to the 21 qualifiers are six of the best players known to poker -formidable opponents Scott Nguyen, Neil Channing, Jamie Gold, Marty Smith andTony G.
