Professional card player, Roy Rounder, has broken the silence and is now marketing a brand new book that he guarantees can teach anyone his winning Texas Hold-Em strategies.

I noticed right away that Mr. Rounder calls himself a professional card player and not a professional gambler.

“Poker is a game of skill and strategy,” says Rounder. “If you know the game and can read your opponent, there is very little luck involved.”

Rounder continued, “In my book I show you precisely how I’ve made a very nice living as a professional card player, and how you can achieve the same success, regardless of your current skill level or experience.”

“Believe me, if you can’t spot the sucker In your first half hour at the table, then you are the sucker.”

Harsh words but words that Rounder obviously believes and with good reason, he earns his living playing cards and simply can’t afford to make mistakes.

Rounder claims that most card players never learn the real strategies and techniques for playing Texas Hold ‘Em poker.

“They may learn a thing or two on TV from the World Series of Poker,” Rounder said, “or maybe they think they know how to read a “poker face” from their late night home games with their buddies but there are literally tons of winning tactics and strategies that anyone can use to gain a competitive advantage at the tables if you know how.

Rounder’s book, “Texas Hold ‘Em Secrets,” is designed to dramatically SHORTCUT the amount of time you spend learning the game and he actually quantifies the stages of learning into 5 steps stating that most players fall into the beginning two phases of the process and that if you can progress quickly beyond stage 2, you will continue to improve and hold a decided advantage over the majority of other poker players, effectively winning money while you continue too learn.

Rounder’s book is a good read and contains some very good information for would be poker aficionados. If you are interested in the current Texas Holdem poker craze, tournament poker, or simply like to play poker with your friends, you will enjoy this book.
