PETOSKEY, Mich., May 12 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Rotate Black, Inc. (Pink Sheets: ROBK), a premier development and management company of global resort and casino properties, announces that CRT will assist in financing the development of Seneca Catskill Mountains Resort and Casino, a Class III gaming project. Seneca Nation's corporate arm, the Seneca Catskills Gaming Corporation, who previously contracted with Rotate Black as the exclusive management and development company, is now retaining CRT Investment Bank to raise the capital necessary for initial construction. The facility will be located within a 1.5 hour drive from New York City off Interstate 86 (Exit 107) near the town of Thompson, New York.

The first phase of the multi-stage casino project is slated to be completed five months after breaking ground, comprising approximately 100,000 square feet and offers 3,000 slot machines and 42 table games. Funds to construct and equip the casino will come from the capital raise and vendor financing.

Its proximity to the New York Metropolitan area will make this an attractive destination. Once completed, the Seneca Catskill Mountains Hotel and Casino will include two million square feet of space, 6,000 slot machines, 120 table games, 30 poker tables, race books center, a 1,500 room hotel and spa, 12 restaurants, high end retail space, a 5,000-seat arena and 100,000 square feet of banquet space, and an arcade center, among other facilities.
