Sands China Ltd. Announces Appointment of Two Senior Executives

MACAU and HONG KONG, July 27 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Sands China Ltd.announced today that effective on August 10, 2010, Mr. Edward M. Tracy isappointed as President and Chief Operating Officer and Mr. David R. Sisk willassume the title as Executive Vice President and Chief Casino Officer. Bothexecutives will be reporting directly to Mr. Michael A. Leven, acting ChiefExecutive Officer of Sands China Ltd. Mr. Tracy and Mr. Sisk will oversee andmanage all non-gaming operations and gaming operations respectively for allSands China Ltd's existing properties which include Sands Macao, The VenetianMacao and The Four Seasons Hotel Macao and Plaza Casino and futuredevelopments in Macau.

Mr. Tracy has over 20 years of hands on management and developmentexperience in the gaming and hospitality industry. His extensive experienceincludes serving as Chairman and CEO of Capital Gaming, a multi-jurisdictionalmanager of Native American and Riverboat Casinos. Mr. Tracy also served as CEOof the Trump Organization, where he was responsible for managing over 12,500employees, 3,000 luxury hotel rooms and 240,000 square feet of casino space,which produced annual revenue in excess of US$1 billion.

Mr. Sisk is a veteran casino financial and operations executive with over18 years of experience with major casino developers including Wynn Resorts andCaesars Palace. Prior to joining Sands China Ltd, Mr. Sisk was Executive VicePresident and Chief Financial Officer of Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Mr. Siskjoined Wynn Resorts 18 months before the opening of Wynn Las Vegas and playedan instrumental role in establishing the management and financial structure tooperate the US$2.7 billion resort hotel and casino. Subsequently, Mr. Siskalso had a similar role in the development and opening of the US$2.3 billionEncore resort hotel and casino.
