MACAU, May 27 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- Sands China Ltd. (Stock Code: 1928.HK)and Playboy Enterprises, Inc (Stock Code: PLA, PLAA.NYSE) have entered alicensing agreement that will bring two Playboy-inspired clubs to the SandsChina properties in Macau.

The first Playboy Club is set to launch by year end, reinforcing SandsChina's commitment to making Macau the entertainment hub of Asia and itsresolve to bringing in the best of class acts and entertainment.

The 12,000 square foot Playboy Club Macao will bring to Asia the famousPlayboy Bunnies in a luxurious Playboy-inspired decor, featuring Playboyartwork and merchandise. Located at the top of Sands Macao, Playboy Club Macaowill offer stunning views of the Macau skyline, a VIP arrival experience,private entertainment and media rooms, live entertainment, private gamingrooms and high limit gaming for the public; as well as a lounge and all thathas become synonymous with the Playboy Club brand.

The second phase of the partnership is the much anticipated, over 30,000square foot, Playboy Mansion Macao. The Playboy Mansion Macao will offer anentirely new nightlife experience capitalizing on the allure and history ofthe legendary Playboy Mansion. The fully-integrated venue will include bars,lounges, nightclub, gaming and retail. The Playboy Mansion Macao will belocated at the future Parcels 5 and 6 and is scheduled to open in the firstquarter of 2012.
