Millions of visitors stroll by the impressive front entrance of MGM Grand each year. Featuring a 45-foot, 100,000-pound bronze lion statue, this corner of the famous Las Vegas Strip is hard to miss. MGM Grand is home to 5,034 diverse guest rooms and suites featuring views of the surrounding mountains and the Las Vegas skyline. There are a total of 752 suites at the resort.

MGM Grand carried its “City of Entertainment” theme to the newly renovated, art deco-themed guest rooms incorporating plush fabrics, polished woods and glamorously appointed accoutrements. Each was designed to replicate an MGM Studios' bungalow, taking guests back to the “Golden Age of Hollywood.”

The carpet, lighting and wall coverings in each of the four wings of the Grand Tower are coordinated in a distinct color exclusive to that corridor for ease of guests locating their room or suite. In addition to Emerald Tower Rooms, Deluxe Rooms and a variety of suite offerings, the 29th floor offers three Grand Class Suites and four Villas.

SEABLUE by Chef Michael Mina - For this latest venture, Mina has created an exciting, fun and innovative menu built around “jet fresh” seafood dishes and fresh seasonal produce. To set the stage, SEABLUE guests will be welcomed by a dramatic cylindrical fish tank and mirrored hallway, a theme re-emphasized throughout the dining room by artfully designed walls of stone and water.

Fiamma by restaurateur Stephen Hanson - Those who have indulged their cravings for unique Italian cuisine at New York's three-star Fiamma Osteria can now dine on the same fine fare amid the glamour and excitement of Las Vegas. On August 28, 2003, New York restaurateur Stephen Hanson launched Fiamma Trattoria - a stylish outpost of his highly successful Manhattan restaurant.

NOBHILL by Chef Michael Mina - The best of San Francisco cuisine meets warm and understated yet elegant surroundings inside NOBHILL. Inspired by the traditional neighborhood restaurants throughout San Francisco, NOBHILL combines the city's most famous, innovative and authentic dishes into one unique menu. Chef Michael Mina uses a diverse selection of seasonal, fresh products direct from the Bay Area to create both classic and contemporary dishes.

Craftsteak by Chef Tom Colicchio - James Beard award-winning chef Tom Colicchio elevates the definition of a steakhouse with Craftsteak. Craftsteak is dedicated not only to the craft of cooking, but also to celebrating the natural flavors of great ingredients.

The menu features ingredients from small family farms, artisanal producers and day-boat fishermen, prepared to capture the true flavor and essence of each product. The à la carte menu includes a selection of signature vegetables, potatoes, mushrooms, grains and beans in addition to steakhouse favorite side dishes.

Pearl - A modern Chinese restaurant with Western flair, Pearl features authentic Cantonese and Shanghainese specialties, live seafood and a product-driven menu that changes according to availability. The tea trolley in Pearl is unique to Chinese restaurants in the United States and includes the finest Chinese Tea selection prepared tableside with select filtered water. A dedicated wine cellar, an aperitif trolley and a digestive selection along with a Sommelier, also not usually found in traditional Chinese restaurants, assist guests with wine and beverage pairings throughout the meal.

Emeril Lagasse's New Orleans Fish House - Recreating the warm New Orleans style, the menu features Emeril's signature blend of modern Creole/Cajun cooking. The chef de cuisine procures scallops from Maine, pike from the Midwest, chicken from Alabama and other specialty produce from around the country.

Mark Miller's Coyote Café and Grill Room - Chef Mark Miller won the prestigious James Beard Award as “Best Chef in the Southwest” and the food in the two restaurants is a true testimony to the award. The Grill Room features different entrees every month, however the “Cowboy” rib steak is a permanent fixture. No meal is complete here without one of the many fresh-fruit margaritas and custom-blended pineapple rum daiquiris.

The Grand Wok and Sushi Bar - This unique restaurant features a wide array of Asian cuisine - Chinese, Japanese, Thai, Korean and Vietnamese dishes. Sushi is available Monday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday and Saturday from 11 a.m. to 12 a.m. and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Casual Dining at MGM Grand

MGM Grand Buffet - An elegant atmosphere reminiscent of the golden age of Hollywood, where the vast brunch and dinner menu changes every day, providing guests with eight different all-you-can-eat entrees. During brunch, the Buffet features ham and turkey carving stations; the dinner menu is expanded to prime rib. Chilled shrimp is always available for dinner. Each Friday and Saturday evening, the Buffet offers beef tenderloin and peeled shrimp. Buffet offerings include an extensive salad bar and a selection of tempting desserts - cakes, pies, tarts, Sundaes, nonfat frozen yogurt and sugar-free treats.

The Rainforest Café - “A Wild Place to Shop and Eat”*. All menu selections are cleverly named - examples are Rumble in the jungle turkey pita, the Primal steak and Gorillas in the mist cheesecake. Selections include pastas, salads, signature sandwiches, and delectable desserts.

Stage Deli - A walk-up style restaurant for the guest on-the-go, the Stage Deli offers typical New York deli fare with mouth-watering pastrami, corned beef, chopped liver, turkey and brisket sandwiches, as well as matzo-ball soup and kosher hot dogs. Breakfast choices include danish and lox and bagels. Fresh Krispy Kreme doughnuts are available all day.

Studio Café - A 24-hour dining experience that features a wide variety of upscale casual dining choices and health smart dishes. Within this elegant and warm ambiance, guests can enjoy a variety of scrumptious dishes including Fusilli Pesto with seasonal

vegetables, Grilled Louisiana meatloaf, The Studio burger, Lobster tail and prime rib.

Wolfgang Puck - California Chef Wolfgang Puck presents French and Italian specialties, pizzas and famous desserts in a comfortable setting. The circular restaurant is decorated with brightly colored signature mosaic-tiled booths surrounding the open kitchenette. Menu items also include Chef Puck's innovative interpretation of classic cuisine.

Cabana Grille - Seasonal café and snack bar provides beautiful poolside dining at the MGM Grand Pool Complex. Features a variety of breakfast entrees including omelets, pancakes and more. Extensive lunch/dinner menu is also available.

Farmer's Market Food Court - Features Hamada Express, McDonald's, Nathan's Famous®, Mamma Ilardo's Pizza ® and Häagen Dazs.

Starbucks - Gourmet coffees, teas and coffee drinks, along with pastries, candies and chocolates in two convenient locations.

Grand Garden Arena

The Las Vegas entertainment scene changed forever when the MGM Grand introduced the Grand Garden Arena, a 17,157-seat special events center home to mega concerts, championship boxing, and premier sporting and special events. Barbra Streisand, in her first concert in more than 20 years, opened the Grand Garden Arena on Dec. 31, 1993 in conjunction with the grand opening of the MGM Grand. Dozens of world championship boxing matches, special events and concerts have since been held in the Grand Garden Arena.

The Hollywood Theatre

The Hollywood Theatre, an intimate 740?seat setting, attracts some of today's top performers. In 2003, the line-up includes: Tom Jones, David Copperfield, George Carlin, Carrot Top, Paul Anka, Howie Mandel and Ann Margret.

The La Femme Theatre

MGM Grand continues its tradition of bringing world-class entertainment to Las

Vegas with a first from Paris: “La Femme,” a show direct from one of the finest nightspots in the world, the original Crazy Horse. Since 1951, Crazy Horse has been famous for its productions celebrating beautiful women and the artistry of the nude. With this Paris icon's debut at the MGM Grand on Thursday, June 14, 2001, “La Femme” established a permanent home in the United States.

Studio 54

The club that redefined the New York nightclub scene in the 1970s is setting the standard in the ever-expanding Las Vegas nightclub scene. MGM Grand recreated the phenomenon of Studio 54 in the heart of the resort's casino. The two-story club blends the latest pop music trends with the caustic rhythm of cutting-edge house music. The club's atmosphere combines the feel of industry and steel with luxury and leather, found in Studio 54's exclusive VIP area.

Every Tuesday night at Studio 54 is EDEN, Erotically Delicious Entertainers Night. All Las Vegas entertainers and those in the entertainment industry come to Studio 54 for a night of vibrant visuals and house grooves. Saints and sinners dance amongst the live snake nymphs and fig-leafed, angelic, aerial go-go dancers to the sounds of DJ Frankie and Jose 2 Hype spinning the latest in house music.

Studio 54 once again adds an all-new element of nightlife expression with DOLLHOUSE. The new, sinfully playful affair is held every Thursday night from midnight until the early morning hours. With their barely there outfits, Studio 54's beautifully clad Dolls cater to the crowd, encouraging an enticingly playful atmosphere. Guests can dress the real life Dolls in the outfit of their choice, as Studio 54 has closets within reach, creating an original, more exciting version of “dress up” for all to enjoy.

Grand Pool Complex

An ideal setting for guests looking to relax under the Nevada sun, the Grand Pool Complex measures 6.6 acres and is one of the most elegant swimming and sunbathing experiences in the world. The area features five swimming pools, three large whirlpools, a relaxing river, lush tropical landscaping, bridges, fountains and waterfalls. The Grand Pool complex also features private cabanas, cocktail service and a seasonal poolside restaurant, the Cabana Grille.

Grand Spa and Fitness Center

Whether on vacation or in Las Vegas for business travel, guests can indulge at the resort's 30,000-square-foot Grand Spa. With more than 30 treatment rooms, saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and relaxation lounges, the Grand Spa features the ultimate experience for the body, mind and soul. Spa services include a variety of full body massages, as well as signature treatments such as the two-hour exclusive Dreaming Ritual, the Ultimate Facial, Parafango with Exfoliation, and the Milk-and-Honey Body Treatment with Exfoliation. The Lion Habitat

To honor the lion and help safeguard its preservation for future generations, MGM Grand has created a one-of-a-kind Lion Habitat as a showcase for public education and appreciation for this majestic creature of nature. The Lion Habitat showcases up to six adult lions daily, including Goldie, Metro, and Baby Lion, direct descendants of MGM Studios' famous signature marquee lion, Metro.

Noted feline expert Keith Evans, who has trained exotic animals for more than 30

years, owns the lions. Guests can be encircled by lions at any time via a see-through, walkway tunnel that runs through the Habitat, allowing lions to prowl above and below.

To fulfill its educational mission, MGM Grand has forged an alliance with the University of Minnesota Lion Research Center and its renowned director, Dr. Craig Packer. MGM Grand has formed a working partnership with the Lion Research Center committing $100,000 in grants from 2000 to 2002 to help fund Dr. Packer's lion preservation programs in Africa. The MGM Grand Lion Habitat is open daily from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and admission is complimentary.

Forever Grand Wedding Chapel

The art deco-themed Forever Grand Wedding Chapel features two beautifully appointed chapels for two to 60 guests. The full-service, non-denominational chapel is dedicated to the wedding experience in Las Vegas.

Wedding coordinators assist with minister services, photography, videography, live piano accompaniment and floral arrangements, as well as accommodations, receptions and menu selection. For those looking for something unique, a “Studio 54” specialty themed wedding package is available. The Chapel also offers the “Encore” package for vow renewals.

CBS Television City

“The City of Entertainment” is home to the first CBS research center, “CBS Television City” located along Studio Walk. Television City, opened in April 2001, is a research center for television pilots, an interactive experience for guests and a full retail shop featuring VH-1, MTV, Nickelodeon and CBS show merchandise, including the hit “Survivor.” Along with a video wall featuring entertaining programs, theater-style screening rooms and two focus group rooms,

Television City also houses a state-of-the-art digital home theater of the future from Sony and Blockbuster for public viewing. Television City is open 12 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Small and large meetings at the resort take place in “grand” style in the $100 million MGM Grand Conference Center, conceived to be Las Vegas' most elegant and versatile meeting facility. Self-contained and on three levels, the conference center was inaugurated in April of 1998 and combines functionality and versatility with elegance and state-of-the-art technology.
