This site is a joke. They are scammers and that is all there is to it. I won a bit of money and tryed to cash out. A few days later some guy named Ryan, an account manager or something like that had called me up. He said I would have to go back into the site and manually cancel my withdrawal request. He said I had to do this because I was cashing out more then the weekly limit, and that I would receive the rest in a month. I told him that i had read that the limit was 10k per week but he told me i was wrong. I did go back into the site and cancel and tryed only cashing out 5k, and after about a week I finally got the 5k. I was still upset that I hadnt gotten my other 4500. I tryed a bunch of times to call and to email them but they never responded. I finally got pissed off when i was on the site trying to talk to one of the online help guys, so i played and lost my other 4500. I realize now what they were doing. The withdrawal limit was 10k and this ryan guy did admit to it adventually, but after i had lost my money. He was only making me go back in myself so i could lose my money. Its the same thing as the real casino not letting you leave unless you have lost all your money. This casino admitted their mistake but did nothing to correct it. Do not gamble with these criminals, they will do every trick in the book to make sure u dont leave with any money. very unethical online casino
