lost 1400.00 over a month ,finally won 1000.00, tried to withdraw was like pulling teeth, had to seng copies driver l., c.card,utility bill, would not reply to email, called again said driver licensce copy to dark ,resent, no response. called again they said wanted more earlier copy of untility bill, what a sham, they take your money, and they try everything they can to stop you from withdrawing, i still have not got my money

I can honestly say I had great customer service here. I love my slots and when I signed up I had a little trouble with cashing out the bonus after I thought I had met their wager requirements. I contacted their support team and they dealt with the matter really quickly! It was actually amazingly quick. Anyways, everything is resolved and I would have to say I'm coming back coz their service really made a difference.
