I've played here as well and found their service to be just fine. As for winning, I made some quite big wins on their multi reel slots. Perhaps I was lucky?

I have been playing in this casino for approximately 5 months. I have spent at least $3,000 and have never once been given a winner of more than $75.00 in one single spin. In my opinion, this casino's odds of winning are horrible. They do not any type of return on your play. I continue to play in this casino because I just assume that one day they will let me win big, but after 5 months of purchasing in $30 to $50 increments, the highest winning I have ever got up to is just over $250... and only one time! And of course in an attempt to win back more, I ended up playing back anyway. In my opinion, find another casino. This one's odds are horrible and they just do not give winnings!
