Review:
Here comes another fairly decent online slot machine from Rival Gaming. Western Wildness has an instant cartoon appeal to it and though the graphics and animation aren’t full frame rate beauties, they do surprisingly work very well together.

I think the saving grace in terms of atmosphere is definitely the sound effects and music which run throughout the game.

Western Wildness is a 5 reel video slot machine with 20 payline, however if you’re looking for high jackpots this isn’t the game for you. Though the game has some decent features, what it doesn’t have is high jackpots, with the top jackpot being only 500x the bet. This means even playing max bet at max coins, your top possible win is only 2500 coins, which in reality pales in comparison to other 5 reel slots.

The features is has are the expanding wilds which are a nice bonus. There is the scatter symbol which will yield free spin rounds when you hit 3 or more. You’ll get progressively more free spins the more scatters you trigger with. All free spin wins are tripled.

The bonus game round which is triggered with 3 or more skulls is quite a nice high coin winning feature. Here you must shoot down the bottles and reveal either prizes or resets. If you hit the money bag, you’ll reset the number of bottles there are, thereby giving you more chances to win. If you hit a bottle and reveal AMMO, then you’ll get a ammo reset. Initially you start off with 6 bullets.

Overall this is a good game with the only let down being the top jackpot size. In light of this, it kinda makes this an excellent video slot machine for novice slot machine players who want all the features at a low playing cost.
